The same account can be used on different devices with no device limit. Routes are organized by region and use case, so users can choose a nearby region for their destination and switch based on actual connection performance.
Route selection prioritizes connection paths, regional fit, and ongoing maintenance. If a connection issue occurs, first check the client and subscription status, then switch to a route in the same or a nearby region. If the issue persists, submit a ticket through the user panel. Plan and traffic details are based on the panel, keeping the support process traceable.
QSVPN follows a no-logs policy and does not record the websites users visit or their browsing content. Data handling follows data minimization principles and is limited to accounts, orders, traffic billing, and necessary troubleshooting.
