QSVPN SERVICE NOTES

About QSVPN

Built for users who need reliable access to international websites, overseas services, and international routes, with clear subscriptions that are easy to switch between.

OPERATING PRINCIPLES

How Cross-Border Access Works

Service scope, routing practices, and privacy principles are explained separately, with practical procedures instead of vague promises.

Service Scope

QSVPN provides network acceleration across 100+ countries and 180+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. The same account can be used on different devices with no device limit. Routes are organized by region and use case, so users can choose a nearby region for their destination and switch based on actual connection performance.

Operating Principles

Route selection prioritizes connection paths, regional fit, and ongoing maintenance. If a connection issue occurs, first check the client and subscription status, then switch to a route in the same or a nearby region. If the issue persists, submit a ticket through the user panel. Plan and traffic details are based on the panel, keeping the support process traceable.

Privacy Approach

QSVPN follows a no-logs policy and does not record the websites users visit or their browsing content. Data handling follows data minimization principles and is limited to accounts, orders, traffic billing, and necessary troubleshooting. No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient.

SERVICE BOUNDARIES

Clear Service Boundaries

QSVPN does not treat one route as suitable for every situation. The best route can vary with the access region, network environment, and target service. The route list provides a range of options; when the connection fluctuates, switch to another route in the same region before repeatedly changing client settings.
