Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what data QSVPN processes while providing its website, user panel and network acceleration subscription services, why it is processed, how it is retained and what requests users may make.

Using the service means that you have read this policy. Where different features require different types of data, the information shown on the relevant feature page and this policy apply together. QSVPN processes data only as necessary, within limits and for related purposes.

Data Collection and Purposes

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. QSVPN therefore does not require an email address as account data or actively collect one when an account is created. The account system stores your username, securely processed authentication information, plan status, total traffic usage and necessary account activity records for login verification, subscription delivery, traffic accounting, account security and troubleshooting.

When you place an order, the system stores the ordered items, amount, payment status, transaction reference and refund records. This information is used to confirm payment, activate service, resolve billing disputes and meet necessary financial record obligations. When you access the website or user panel, the system may process page views, browser type, device category, error information and basic network request data to measure page usage, identify abnormal requests and fix feature issues.

Usage statistics are collected to operate the service and improve its pages. QSVPN does not use this type of data to build cross-site behavior profiles, nor does it sell account data, order records or network usage information.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Information

QSVPN follows a no-logs policy. The service does not record which websites you visit, which pages you open or what specific content you transmit, and it does not retain browsing history that could be used to reconstruct personal browsing activity. Data forwarding required for network acceleration is kept separate from account traffic accounting: the system may record total traffic used under a plan and its reset status, but it does not associate that total with specific websites, queries or communications.

To maintain a connection, troubleshoot a current issue or handle an abnormal request, the system may use temporary technical information during processing. This information is limited to what is needed for the current operation and is deleted or de-identified after processing ends; it is not retained as a long-term record of connection activity. If you submit a support ticket, diagnostic content you provide in the ticket is handled as a support request rather than an automatically generated browsing log.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface language, necessary security markers and preferences you actively select. This data keeps sessions active, avoids repeated setup, completes authentication and supports normal user panel operations. If necessary storage is disabled, login, plan management or client downloads may not work properly.

Authentication information in local storage is used only by the user panel to identify the current session. You can remove this content by signing out, clearing the site's browser data or using the browser's management tools. After clearing it, you will need to log in again and reset related preferences. Technical markers used for usage statistics are limited to analysis, security checks and troubleshooting.

Payment Processing and Data Sharing

The service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment provider. A third party may process payment account details, transaction verification information and payment credentials under its own rules. QSVPN normally receives whether an order is complete, the transaction reference, payment amount and processing result to activate subscriptions, reconcile accounts and process refunds; it does not directly store complete payment credentials collected on a third-party payment page.

Data is shared with relevant service providers only as necessary to provide the service, process orders, troubleshoot issues, maintain security or meet applicable obligations. Each third party's independently collected data is governed by its own privacy rules. QSVPN does not expand its collection of network usage data because of payment processing, and does not provide payment providers with the websites you access or content you browse.

Retention, Deletion and Policy Updates

Account data is retained while the account is active so that subscriptions and user panel features can continue to operate. Orders, payment status, refund records and information related to dispute handling are retained as needed to complete transaction processing and meet necessary record obligations. Usage statistics are aggregated, de-identified or deleted after operational analysis is complete. Temporary diagnostic information is no longer retained as a record of connection activity after the related issue is resolved.

You can check your account status in the user panel and request deletion of your account or deletable data associated with it by submitting a support ticket. After receiving a request, the system first verifies control of the account and then processes the deletion. Data that has already been de-identified and can no longer be linked to an individual, as well as information that must be retained to complete an open order, refund, dispute or necessary record obligation, may not be removed at the same time as the account.

This policy may be updated when service features, data processing methods or applicable rules change. The revised text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed. If a change materially affects the scope of data processing, QSVPN will provide an appropriate notice through the website or user panel. Please review the latest version before continuing to use the updated service.
