ACCOUNT NOTES
Account & Subscriptions
The account stores your plans, orders and subscription details. The subscription link is the client’s entry point for retrieving route configuration, so copy it from the signed-in user panel rather than confusing it with a public webpage URL. Changing devices does not require another purchase, but verify that the client and subscription belong to the current account.
What do I need to register for QSVPN?
No email address is required. Set a username and password to create an account. Use the username to sign in to the user panel, and store the password securely and separately. After registration, you can view plans, orders, client downloads and subscription details in the panel. Real subscription URLs are not displayed directly on marketing pages.
Where can I find my subscription link?
Sign in to the user panel and find the current subscription link in the account overview or subscription section, then import it into your chosen client. Download clients only from the panel’s download area. The subscription URL is available only inside the signed-in panel, so avoid sharing it publicly or storing it in public documents.
Why is the client still showing old routes after I update the subscription link?
Clients usually retain the route list from the previous fetch. First confirm that you imported the current subscription link shown in the panel, then use the client’s update subscription or refresh configuration function. If old content remains, delete the existing subscription entry and import it again. Do not manually edit fields in the subscription link.
Do I need to buy another plan after changing devices?
No. Changing devices does not require another purchase. QSVPN supports unlimited devices, and the same account’s active subscription can be used on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. When moving to a new device, retrieve the client and subscription details again from the user panel. Remove old configurations from devices you no longer use.
CONNECTION NOTES
Connections & Troubleshooting
Connection issues should be assessed separately across the client status, system proxy status and the behavior of the specific app. “Connected” only means the client has established a route; it does not mean every app uses that path. Confirm basic connectivity with a regular webpage first, then troubleshoot an individual app, subscription refresh or system permission.
The client says it is connected, but webpages still will not open. What should I do?
Disconnect first, switch to another route and connect again. Then check whether the client has enabled the system proxy or the relevant global mode, and confirm that the system clock, network permissions and local network are working normally. If only the browser is affected, close and reopen it so it does not keep reusing an invalid connection path.
Why isn’t a particular app using the proxy?
A common cause is that the client is in rule mode and the app’s requests do not match a proxy rule, or the app is using a network path separate from the system proxy. Switch to global mode for a quick test. If global mode works, review routing rules, the app bypass list and system network permissions. Fully quit and reopen the app after making changes.
What should I check if importing the subscription link fails?
Confirm that you copied the complete subscription link with no spaces, line breaks or missing characters, and check that the current plan is still active. Do not use a webpage URL, order-page URL or example link as the subscription URL. If the client supports updating an existing subscription, replace the original link first. If the issue persists, submit a ticket in the user panel with the client platform and error details.
How can I restore the connection after rejecting a system permission prompt?
The client needs the relevant system network permission to set up a system proxy or network extension. If you previously denied it, open the network, privacy or extension-management section in system settings, allow the permission again, then return to the client and retry. Permission names vary by platform; look for the network connection, proxy or extension entry associated with the current client.
ROUTE NOTES
Speed & Routes
Route performance depends on the local network, exit path, target service region and the task at hand. The route name is not the only criterion. Browsing, video, meetings and development tools have different requirements. Choose based on regional fit, connection stability and whether the affected app works normally again.
What should I do if the connection slows down during peak hours?
Peak-hour performance is more likely to be affected by the local carrier’s outbound path, route congestion and the target service’s load. First switch to another route in the same region, then compare the actual performance of transit, dedicated and direct routes. Avoid rapidly cycling through many routes. Let the connection stabilize before testing webpages, video or downloads so the handshake time is not mistaken for route speed.
Should I choose by region or by route type?
Start with a route near the region where the target service is hosted, then adjust the route type based on stability. For AI Tools, work platforms or Streaming, a matching exit region is usually more important than a popular route name. For everyday browsing, try a nearby route first. If long-lived connections drop frequently, try a more stable transit or dedicated route.
What should I do if Streaming or AI Tools will not open?
First confirm that the selected exit region meets the target service’s regional requirements. Then fully close the relevant webpage or app, switch routes and open it again. Browsers may retain old sessions, cached data or regional information, so refreshing alone may not help. If regular webpages work but a specific service does not, switch to another route in the same region before reinstalling the client.
Can frequent route switching affect my current connection?
Yes. Switching routes may interrupt active web sessions, file transfers, video playback or long-lived connections used by development tools, which then reconnect through the new exit. Pause tasks that require a continuous connection before switching. Once you find a working route, keeping it stable is better for meetings, terminals and AI coding than chasing short-lived speed gains.
BILLING NOTES
Billing & Refunds
Monthly subscriptions and data packages handle traffic differently. Monthly subscriptions reset on the activation date and suit ongoing use; data packages remain available until used and never expire, making them suitable for irregular usage. Handle payments, upgrades and refunds through the relevant order entry in the user panel.
What monthly subscription plans are available?
Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date, making these plans suitable for ongoing use with a predictable monthly allowance. All tiers can be viewed and selected in the user panel. Estimate your typical usage before choosing a plan.
How are data packages billed, and do they expire?
Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until the included traffic is used and never expire, making them suitable for irregular usage or anyone who does not want a monthly reset. Monthly subscriptions and data packages use different billing models, so compare the reset rules rather than total traffic alone.
How does upgrading a monthly subscription work mid-cycle?
When you upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Before confirming, review the current plan, target plan and order details in the user panel. An upgrade makes sense when your current traffic needs exceed the original tier. If usage is irregular, compare the reset rules for data packages and monthly subscriptions first.
How do I request a refund?
QSVPN offers a 60-day refund policy. To request one, sign in to the user panel, open the ticket area, select the relevant order and submit the refund request. Check the order and payment records beforehand so the transaction can be identified accurately. Refund rules are governed by the refund policy and order status. Do not send order details in public comments.
Which payment methods are supported?
Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT are supported. Available payment options are shown on the checkout page in the user panel. After creating an order, pay through that order and wait for its status to update. Do not create multiple identical orders. If the status does not update after payment, submit the order details through a user-panel ticket.
