This page covers only the essential path for first-time setup. Account, plan, subscription, and client follow a fixed order: create the account, activate the plan, retrieve the subscription link from the user panel, and let the client load the route list. Skipping a step can leave the subscription missing, the route list empty, or the client unable to update.
A subscription link is not a public download address or an ordinary webpage to open in a browser. It lets the client manage the routes available to your account. After import, the client displays regions and route names; future updates are also handled in the same subscription-management section. Protocol differences, route topology, and peak-time congestion are covered in the technical reference.
ACCOUNT
Create an account and open the user panel
After opening the account creation page, choose an easy-to-recognize username and set a password. QSVPN requires no email address for account creation; the username and password are enough. Check both fields before submitting and store the password securely. You will use this account to view plans, retrieve your subscription, and manage clients.
After the account is created, the page will open the user panel. If it does not open automatically, use the “Log in” entry at the top to return to the login page, then enter the username and password you just set. After a successful login, the account overview appears first. It brings together your current plan status, subscription entry, and account actions, making it the starting point for the next steps.
There is no need to look for a client installer yet, and you should not copy subscription content from an unknown source in search results. The user panel provides both the client entry points and account subscription. Choose a plan first so the relevant status can be shown for your account. Use the entry below if you need to restart the account-creation process.
PLAN
Choose a plan and complete checkout
On the plans page, first consider how you will use the data. A monthly subscription suits ongoing use, with data resetting each month from the activation date. Data packages are charged against actual usage, remain available until depleted, and never expire. Both options work with the same account, so you do not need a separate account for each device.
Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Choose based on your typical use: web browsing, text communication, and lightweight tools usually consume less data, while HD video, large system updates, and frequent downloads use data faster. Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB, suitable for irregular use or managing a fixed total allowance.
After choosing a plan, review the plan name, price, and data allowance again in the order confirmation area, then pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Do not submit the same order repeatedly. If the page still shows processing, return to the order page or account overview to check the status. See the FAQ for order-status and refund guidance.
Once the plan is active, its status appears in the account overview. If you upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days; QSVPN also provides a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. After confirming that the account overview recognizes the current plan, copy the subscription link to avoid importing an inactive, empty subscription into your client.
SUBSCRIPTION
Get your subscription link from the user panel
Open the account overview in the user panel and find the subscription section. It provides the subscription entry associated with your current account. Select Copy to place the link on the system clipboard, then switch directly to your client and paste it into the subscription-import screen. You normally do not need to paste the link into a browser address bar or edit any of its characters.
Use the subscription link to access the routes available to your account and manage it like an account credential. Do not post it on a public page, in a group chat, or in a screenshot, and do not submit it to an untrusted online conversion tool. If you suspect someone has seen the link, return to the user panel to review subscription-management options and contact support through a ticket for further guidance.
The address below is only an example of what a link may look like. It is clearly fake, cannot connect to QSVPN, and does not represent a real subscription format:
Example address
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
When copying the real subscription, use the result from the user panel. If the client reports a format error after pasting, check whether a chat app inserted spaces at the beginning or end of the link, or whether only part of it was copied. If import still fails, do not rewrite the link parameters yourself; see the FAQ for subscription-update and import troubleshooting.
CLIENT
Import the subscription into clients on each platform
First, select your current system in the client-download section of the user panel. These client links match the account setup flow; static installers are not provided on the marketing page. After installation, open the client and allow the network permissions requested by the system. The client can create a connection and activate the subscription routes only after permission is granted.
Although interfaces vary by platform, the import process is the same: open subscription management, choose to add from a link, paste the subscription address, save it, and run an update. A successful import displays a region or route list rather than only one long link. If the client asks for a subscription name, choose one that is easy for you to recognize; it is stored only on the device and does not change your account information.
WINDOWS
Windows desktop client
Use a Windows desktop client that supports subscription management. On the main screen, look for an add entry under “Subscription,” “Profiles,” or the side menu. Choose Import from link, paste the complete subscription address copied from the user panel, and confirm to save it.
Run an update after saving. When the route list appears, the client has read the subscription. Do not run other network-proxy tools at the same time, as multiple programs may try to control the system connection. Choose a route in the required region, then proceed to connection verification.
MACOS
macOS desktop client
On macOS, use a desktop client that supports subscription import and system network extensions. On first launch, macOS may ask you to approve a network extension or VPN configuration. Follow the system prompts, then return to the client’s subscription-management section and choose Add via link.
Paste the subscription and update the route list. If the update succeeds but the connection will not start, open System Settings and confirm that the network permission you just granted is enabled, then reopen the client. For system-authorization prompts and common permission issues, see the Mac First Connection Guide.
ANDROID
Android mobile client
On Android, use a mobile client that supports URL subscriptions and route switching. In the client, find Add configuration or Subscription management, then choose to import from the clipboard or a link. Confirm that the pasted content is complete, save it, and refresh the subscription.
When connecting for the first time, Android displays a permission prompt to establish a VPN connection. Confirm it so the client can manage the device’s network. If strict background restrictions are enabled, the client may be paused when sent to the background. See the FAQ for system-setting differences; there is no need to adjust every setting during the initial import.
IOS
iOS mobile client
On iOS, use a compatible client that supports subscription-link import. Once the client is ready, open its subscription or configuration page, choose Add via URL, paste the subscription link from the user panel into the relevant field, and save and update it.
When starting a route for the first time, iOS asks you to add a VPN configuration. Confirm the system prompt, then return to the client and check the connection status. For differences in App Store regions, available client types, and subscription-import entry points, see iOS VPN Picks and Import Testing.
VERIFY
Connect to a route and verify it is active
In the client’s route list, first choose a route near the target service’s region, then start the connection. After the client shows Connected, wait for the system network status to stabilize and open a new browser page for verification. Do not judge the result only by the button color; a changed exit location confirms that the current browser traffic is using the selected route.
Open the IP Check page on this site to view your current exit IP and location information. The result should match the selected route region. If the page still shows the pre-connection information, refresh it. If nothing changes, disconnect and reconnect in the client, and confirm that no other client is also controlling the network.
After verification succeeds, open the website or tool you actually need. If a service fails to load, that does not mean every route is unavailable. Try another route in the same region and reconnect. Services may return different content based on exit region, cache, and session state; if necessary, close the existing page and open it again.
For more specific requirements around latency, route types, or the differences between direct and relay routes, see the protocol and routing technical reference. This page does not cover protocol parameters; for first-time setup, simply check that the route appears, the connection starts, and the exit information changes.
- The client updates the subscription normally and displays the routes.
- The selected route starts successfully and the system shows a connected status.
- The IP check result differs from before the connection and matches the selected region.
- The target webpage or app loads normally on the new connection.
MAINTENANCE
Routine updates and troubleshooting
You do not need to repeatedly create an account or add the subscription again for everyday use. The subscription record should remain in the client; when you need refreshed routes, choose Update on the subscription-management page. If the route list changes after an update, the client will use the latest results. Do not keep expired configurations as separate manual copies.
When changing devices, sign in to the same account on the new device, copy the subscription again from the user panel, and import it. QSVPN supports unlimited devices, so you do not need a separate plan for each device. Data usage is calculated across the account; when streaming HD video or transferring large files, check the remaining allowance in the account overview.
For connection failures, subscription-update errors, route-speed changes, or order-status issues, first note the device system, the client’s current message, and the selected route. Then use the FAQ to troubleshoot by category. If you need more help, open the ticket area from the user panel and submit the issue. A clear description of how far you got and what the page displayed is easier to diagnose than simply writing “Unable to connect.”
