Service Scope

QSVPN provides network acceleration for cross-border access to international websites and applications. The service covers 100+ countries / 180+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes, access methods, and client entry points are based on the information shown in the user panel at the time.

The service provides network connection paths and subscription management capabilities; it does not control third-party websites, applications, or content. Third-party services may change access regions, account eligibility, or content scope under their own policies. QSVPN makes no commitments on their behalf and is not responsible for their content, features, or policies.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their login credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route connections, and plan actions taken within their account. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, change the password promptly and stop the relevant connections.

Subscriptions support unlimited devices, but may only be used by the account holder on devices they own or are authorized to use. Reselling subscriptions, renting accounts, publicly posting subscription information, or sharing login credentials and subscription content with unrelated third parties is prohibited. The account holder is responsible for traffic usage, account issues, and connection interruptions caused by sharing, public distribution, or resale.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Plan prices, available traffic, and payment methods are listed on the plans page.

Lawful Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and in the regions involved in their use of the service. The service must not be used for unlawful activity or to infringe the legitimate rights of others. Prohibited conduct includes unauthorized system access, distribution of malicious programs, network attacks, fraud, harassment, intellectual property infringement, and other acts that clearly threaten the normal operation of networks or devices.

Users must not interfere with route scheduling, subscription verification, account management, or related technical facilities; attempt to evade standard billing or access controls; or bulk-forward, copy, or modify subscription content for commercial purposes. Users are solely responsible for complaints, disputes, or legal liability arising from their own conduct.

Availability and Liability

QSVPN may adjust the service based on route maintenance, capacity planning, and client compatibility, but does not promise continuous availability for any specific route, region, or third-party application. Connection performance may be affected by the user's local network, device condition, system settings, upstream networks, and third-party service policies.

Scheduled maintenance, fault resolution, or route adjustments may cause short-term connection changes. Users should verify connection status before important operations and keep suitable backups of critical materials. To the extent permitted by applicable law, QSVPN is not liable for indirect losses caused by third-party service interruptions, device failures, incorrect configuration, or events beyond the reasonable control of the service.

Suspension and Termination

If an account is used for resale, sharing, malicious consumption of service resources, interference with system operation, violation of lawful-use requirements, or another clear breach of these terms, QSVPN may, after verification, restrict features, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account. Measures will take account of the nature of the conduct, its impact, and whether it can be corrected.

Users may stop using the service. Stopping connections or no longer signing in does not automatically create a refund and does not change traffic usage or subscription status already incurred. Before account termination, users should save any plan, order, or configuration records they still need.

Changes and Refund Guidance

QSVPN may update these terms due to service changes, compliance requirements, or changes to operating procedures. Updates will be published on this page, with the last updated date shown here serving as the effective reference. Important changes affecting user rights or how the service is used will receive reasonable notice through the website or user panel. Continued use after an update takes effect means acceptance of the revised terms.
